  MY NAME IS SANELA AND I M THE OWNER OFF SB SALON IN SKOKIE ILL
  IF I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY LESS THEN ONE STAR I WOULD AND HERE IS WHY.
  BACK IN NOVEMBER 2016 I HAD THEM CHANGE MT GLASS ON FRONT DOOOR AND I WAS REALLY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE AND THE TECH GUY RECOMMENDED I GET NEW HINGES FOR MY DOOR SINCE IT WAS SLANTED A BIT . HE OFFERED TO DO THE JOB UNDER THE TABLE FOR FEW BUCKS LESS BUT NO WARRANTY. I WAS REALLY TURNED OFF BY THE LOYALTY OFF THIS EMPLOYEE TO THIS COMPANY THAT IS GIVING HIM A JOB. SO I DECIDED TO USE THE USA BOARD UP TO CHAGE MY HINGES . THEY SAID THEY WOULD NEED $200 DEPOSIT TO ORDER THE PART AND THEY WILL BE THERE IN A WEEK TO REPLACE IT.
  NOW WE ARE IN AUGUST 2017 AND I STILL DONT HAVE NEW HINGES OR MY $200 BACK. EVERY TIME YOU CALL IS A DIFFERENT MANAGER OR COMPLETE DIFFERENT STAFF ALLL TOGETHER.
  I CALL EVERY WEEK SOMETIMES EVEN 2 TIMES A WEEK.
  WE ARE NOW COMING UP A FULL YEAR AND THEY ARE STILL GIVING ME A RUN AROUND FOR MY MONEY BACK . I DONT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE UNLESS YOU JUST LIKE TROWING YOUR MONEY AWAY AND ON THE LAST NOTE THE STAFF IS NOT EVEN NICE .
